Full Journal pdf1996-04-15 House Journal Page 3780 HJR 54 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3221) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 54(RES) am Encouraging the lessees of Alaska's vast North Slope natural gas reserves to reach agreement to market gas, expressing the legislature's support for an Alaska North Slope (ANS) gas transmission pipeline, and requesting the President of the United States and the Governor of the State of Alaska to publicly support and take action that will help expedite the construction of that system. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 54(RES) (same title) 1996-04-15 House Journal Page 3781 HJR 54 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 54(RES) am, thus adopting SCS CSHJR 54(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 54(RES) am?
